Making missions and racking up the miles lately so I skipped last month, here are a few class random images to make up and then some...

So its been about 2 months of costal book tour missions...

You don't even want to know about the waves I've been getting, which is quite funny because I have been in J-Bay for a while scoring with the locals and as soon as the WCT madness hits town it goes about a flat as a freshwater lake.

I was able to link up and spend some time with Mr. D Hynd, whom I had never met but quoted in the final page of my new book. We even got to work on a little thing for me to challenge my surfing, she is almost done and her name is 'Dreamweaver"

I was up in Durban for 2 mad weeks playing gigs, selling books, surfing in boardies, making art, skating Indigo and a whole lot more... I was able to photograph one of the largest collections of my good friend Buffy's work I have ever seen. All the work belongs to Mully the main O' and owner of Electric Eye Tattoo in Durban. He is a classic bru and a legend around the (031). When I talked to Buffy about Mully's collection, he said he did all that rad work for Mully because he has such a rad vibe. To be honest I am a bit envious of his Buffy collection and you will soon see why.... Enjoy-

Things have been very analog lately, so the post have been lacking a bit. Have no fear, the goods are coming, I was up to some 'serious' active duty; missioning from the Wes-Kus to Northern Zulu Land in less then 3 weeks. My Dad was in South Africa for flash visit and I had not seen him in over 3 years so we did as much as we could in the short time he was here. I will be posting tons of stuff over the next 2 week so don't fret. For now, Peep this.....

I recently picked up a few old school camera bodies, this image was taken with a half frame 35mm camera and it is from my 1st test roll (both subjects are underpaid workers in Woodstock a stones-throw away from Cape Town, South Africa). I am digging this camera and getting to know it more and more with each roll. Look out for the stuff I shot during my 2 week RUN DBN missions, getting the film scanned to digital later today....
